Opening of the STOP SHOP retail park!

STOP SHOP Zielona Góra,
is a retail park where 6 shops are currently open: TEDI, Martes Sport, Max Your Style, Sinsay, Kakadu, Carry.
Two more units will be leased in the near future.
The opening of the park took place on 15 September. On the opening day, there were plenty of promotions for customers, and for children ? there were attractions such as inflatables, candyfloss and popcorn stands ?. In addition, children could use the pirate ship-like playground located on the premises.
Construction work is currently underway to rectify defects and faults.

TEAM-BUILDING MEETING – ZAWIERCIE
Every year, AMP Special Group organises team-building events for its employees. In previous years, these took place, among others, in Okuninka, Nowy Sącz and Cedzyna. This year, it was the Villa Verde Congress & Spa hotel in Zawiercie, where we were able to have a good time during a bowling volleyball tournament. An additional attraction was a visit to the nearby Jan’s Craft Brewery, where we were able to learn a little about the art of brewing, as well as taste the current flavours of beer. In the evening, after sports games and moments of relaxation in the spa area, a party with many competitions awaited us. A highlight of the evening was a music and dance performance.

NEW COOPERATION – PW ELMA
The School of Business – National Louis University has commissioned PW ELMA to act as a Substitute Investor on the construction of a dormitory located on Zielona Street in Nowy Sącz.
The building will have a teaching area that will include as many as 10 lecture theatres and a lecturer’s office. In addition to 100 rooms, the dormitory will have recreational areas including a green lounge terrace located on the roof and an open atrium overlooking the courtyard.

Zakończenie budowy w Nowym Targu
Dnia 10.06.2022r. mieliśmy przyjemność uczestniczyć w uroczystym otwarciu inwestycji mieszkaniowej przy os. Polana Szaflarska 9 w Nowym Targu, podczas budowy, której firma AMP Partners pełniła funkcję Inwestora Zastępczego.
Inwestycja to 6-cio kondygnacyjny budynek mieszczący 130 mieszkań. Powstała w ramach rynkowej części rządowego programu mieszkaniowego, za której realizację odpowiada PFR Nieruchomości S. A. Spółka jest częścią Grupy Kapitałowej Polskiego Funduszu Rozwoju wspierającej zrównoważony rozwój kraju poprzez realizację ważnych projektów inwestycyjnych.
