Miło nam poinformować, że na początku listopada 2024r. Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ELMA podpisało kolejną umowę z firmą Mo-Bruk S.A. 
Tym razem przedmiotem umowy jest pełnienie funkcji Inwestora Zastępczego, w tym Kompleksowego Nadzoru Inwestorskiego przy realizacji zadania: Nadbudowa i przebudowa istniejącej hali produkcyjnej Nr 1 położonej na terenie Zakładu Produkcji Paliw Alternatywnych w Karsach.
Pełni entuzjazmu nie możemy się już doczekać postępu prac i dalszych efektów budowy

The investment in Wroclaw has been completed!!! 👏
We are pleased to announce that we have received the Permit to Use 📄 for the Investment at Kolejowa and Prosta Streets, comprising the construction of 8 multi-family residential buildings 🏢. The buildings were designed with 469 flats and as many as 500 parking spaces 🚗. The development was carried out within the framework of the Housing for Development Fund, which is managed by PFR Real Estate.

Z początkiem grudnia Inwestycja RCKiK w Nowym Sączu na której PW ELMA pełniła funkcję Inspektora Zastępczego 
uzyskała pozwolenie na użytkowanie. 
Już za niedługo będziemy mogli oddawać krew 
w nowym punkcie zlokalizowanym przy ul. Sienkiewicza 55. Śledźcie na bieżąco stronę Regionalne Centrum Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa w Krakowie OFC, aby dowiedzieć się więcej o oficjalnych terminach otwarcia.
Aktualizacja prac – RCKIK Nowy Sącz ?
Zakończyliśmy pierwszy etap prac dla Inwestycji przy ul. Sienkiewicza 55 w Nowym Sączu. We wtorek przekazaliśmy plac budowy Generalnemu Wykonawcy. ?♂️ Już nie możemy doczekać się rozpoczęcia prac!
High-bay warehouse in Tomice
Increasingly difficult access to plots of land and rising maintenance costs of ordinary warehouses are causing some Investors to opt for the construction of high-storage warehouses. One of these was BIZON INT Sp. z o.o., which commissioned AMP Partners to act as Project Manager and Supervising Inspector for the expansion of its facility in Tomice.
The aforementioned Project will involve the construction of a new warehouse and production hall and the expansion of the existing hall and warehouse buildings. The newly designed building is partly two-storey, with a height of over 20m, and its cubic capacity is as high as 135,625.34m3. It is worth mentioning that in the warehouse section, the projected racks will be used as part of the building’s load-bearing structure.
Work is currently being carried out at the Project on the floor and cladding of the high-bay warehouse, as well as the reinforced concrete work for the connector between the hall and the existing plant.
Construction of a housing estate on Kolejowa Street in Wrocław
We would like to invite you to learn more about the investment in Wrocław, on which AMP Partners is acting as Substitute Investor.
The development we are talking about is located at Kolejowa Street and Straight Street. There were 28 buildings on the site, which were demolished. The Development will replace them with 8 multi-family residential buildings with 469 flats and as many as 500 parking spaces. The development is being carried out within the framework of the Housing for Development Fund, managed by PFR Nieruchomości S.A.. The development will have facilities such as a kindergarten, 2 playgrounds, 2 electric car chargers and over 500 bicycle spaces.
It is worth mentioning that due to the location of the investment in the former downtown district of Wrocław, the entire project is under the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. As part of the conservation work, the historic wall will be realised. Initially, it was assumed that the wall would be fully preserved and incorporated into the façade of one of the buildings. Unfortunately, after carrying out the necessary analyses, it turned out to have too much vertical deviation. Consultations with the City Conservator of Monuments are currently underway regarding the details of the demolition and restoration of the historic wall.
In addition, apart from the reinforcement and concrete work, partition walls are being erected on the Project and installation work is being carried out, e.g. on the rainwater drainage system, the sanitary sewer system, the earthing system ⚡️ and the SAP system.
Opening of the STOP SHOP retail park!

STOP SHOP Zielona Góra,
is a retail park where 6 shops are currently open: TEDI, Martes Sport, Max Your Style, Sinsay, Kakadu, Carry.
Two more units will be leased in the near future.
The opening of the park took place on 15 September. On the opening day, there were plenty of promotions for customers, and for children ? there were attractions such as inflatables, candyfloss and popcorn stands ?. In addition, children could use the pirate ship-like playground located on the premises.
Construction work is currently underway to rectify defects and faults.
