Construction of a housing estate on Kolejowa Street in Wrocław
We would like to invite you to learn more about the investment in Wrocław, on which AMP Partners is acting as Substitute Investor.
The development we are talking about is located at Kolejowa Street and Straight Street. There were 28 buildings on the site, which were demolished. The Development will replace them with 8 multi-family residential buildings with 469 flats and as many as 500 parking spaces. The development is being carried out within the framework of the Housing for Development Fund, managed by PFR Nieruchomości S.A.. The development will have facilities such as a kindergarten, 2 playgrounds, 2 electric car chargers and over 500 bicycle spaces.
It is worth mentioning that due to the location of the investment in the former downtown district of Wrocław, the entire project is under the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. As part of the conservation work, the historic wall will be realised. Initially, it was assumed that the wall would be fully preserved and incorporated into the façade of one of the buildings. Unfortunately, after carrying out the necessary analyses, it turned out to have too much vertical deviation. Consultations with the City Conservator of Monuments are currently underway regarding the details of the demolition and restoration of the historic wall.
In addition, apart from the reinforcement and concrete work, partition walls are being erected on the Project and installation work is being carried out, e.g. on the rainwater drainage system, the sanitary sewer system, the earthing system ⚡️ and the SAP system.
AMP Construct – Tenecco Automotiv
Six months ago, AMP Construct proved itself as the masonry contractor for the Test Hall where, over a period of 2 months, it completed a contract involving the erection of approximately 2,300 m2 of walls using Silca blocks. The work was completed within the agreed deadline.
AMP Construct recently signed another contract to carry out finishing work in the newly constructed office building next to the test hall at the Tenecco Automotiv site in Gliwice.

Opening of the STOP SHOP retail park!

STOP SHOP Zielona Góra,
is a retail park where 6 shops are currently open: TEDI, Martes Sport, Max Your Style, Sinsay, Kakadu, Carry.
Two more units will be leased in the near future.
The opening of the park took place on 15 September. On the opening day, there were plenty of promotions for customers, and for children ? there were attractions such as inflatables, candyfloss and popcorn stands ?. In addition, children could use the pirate ship-like playground located on the premises.
Construction work is currently underway to rectify defects and faults.

TEAM-BUILDING MEETING – ZAWIERCIE
Every year, AMP Special Group organises team-building events for its employees. In previous years, these took place, among others, in Okuninka, Nowy Sącz and Cedzyna. This year, it was the Villa Verde Congress & Spa hotel in Zawiercie, where we were able to have a good time during a bowling volleyball tournament. An additional attraction was a visit to the nearby Jan’s Craft Brewery, where we were able to learn a little about the art of brewing, as well as taste the current flavours of beer. In the evening, after sports games and moments of relaxation in the spa area, a party with many competitions awaited us. A highlight of the evening was a music and dance performance.

NEW COOPERATION – PW ELMA
The School of Business – National Louis University has commissioned PW ELMA to act as a Substitute Investor on the construction of a dormitory located on Zielona Street in Nowy Sącz.
The building will have a teaching area that will include as many as 10 lecture theatres and a lecturer’s office. In addition to 100 rooms, the dormitory will have recreational areas including a green lounge terrace located on the roof and an open atrium overlooking the courtyard.

AMP Lighting – Projects 2022!
➡ Stop Shop Retail Park in Zielona Góra
The STOP SHOP facility is a project on which we are carrying out the complete installation of the BMS system. The area of the facility to be rented covers 6700m2, and among the 14 tenants there will be such shops as Kakadu, Sinsay, TEDi or Martes Sport .
➡ Panattoni Knorr-Bremse production hall in Rzeszów
Our employees will equip the service centre and the production facility with a comprehensive BMS installation.
➡ Sports hall ⚽️ in Chociw
A comprehensive installation of the BMS system will be carried out in the new building to be built next to the school. The sports hall will be connected to the school building by a link. The building will contain, among other things, a gym ⛹️♀️ with dimensions of 24m x 24m, a gym, changing rooms and storage and technical rooms.
➡ University Hospital in Kraków
On this project, we are carrying out installation in the field of monitoring and control of ventilation and air conditioning equipment and systems in the building constituting the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit ?. It is worth mentioning that this hospital is a teaching and research base of the Jagiellonian University Medical College.
➡ Panattoni BTS warehouse hall in Zakroczym
The hall facility, together with the social and office building, will be equipped with a BMS system installation. The total cubature of the facilities is 557405m3.
➡ Institute of Mineral and Energy Economy of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków ⚒.
This building is a scientific and research facility of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Research is carried out at the institute on issues relating to the management of mineral resources, and we carry out machine automation installations with a heat pump and a chiller.
