New references for PW ELMA!
Although the end of the year is fast approaching, our company is not slowing down. PW ELMA has just completed work as Supervising Inspector on the task of bringing the hospital into compliance with current legislation by upgrading the archive rooms to staff changing rooms.
The refurbishment works, which have been ongoing since February 2022, included:
- finishing works
- bricklaying,
- finishing works including, inter alia, plaster, screed, installation of wall and floor coverings, installation of suspended ceilings,
- replacement of window and door joinery,
- installation of HPL cabins,
- installation of equipment connected with adaptation of the facility for the disabled,
- renovation of paved surfaces.
PW ELMA’s successful bid!
Last week the tender for the renovation of the MOSiR Ice Arena in Krynica-Zdrój for Investor’s Supervision was settled. We are pleased to announce that PW ELMA has been selected to perform this function.
The Ice Arena is a facility with a full-size – 30 x 60m – ice rink with stands able to accommodate more than 2,500 people, where several competitions of the Third European Games will be held in 2023.
A comprehensive refurbishment has already begun, and the renovation work will include upgrades such as:
- ventilation system,
- replacement of the roof lining
- installation of a DSO system,
- reinforcement of the hall structure,
- renovation of the boiler room,
- installation of photovoltaic panels,
- refurbishment of changing rooms.
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DECORATIVE LIGHTING LAMPS IN QUALTRICS OFFICES
Between February and October 2022, AMP Lighting carried out an order involving the supply and installation of decorative lighting lamps in the offices of Qualtrics located in the High 5C building in Krakow on Peacock Street.
In accordance with the documentation and agreements with the architect, luminaires from renowned manufacturers such as Orlicki, Nowodworski, Arigio, fitted with appropriate filament bulbs, as well as lamps designed for greenery lighting, with light sources with specially selected characteristics, were supplied and installed to match the industrial-style interiors.
Garlands were also supplied to illuminate the recreation areas and an installation of a steel structure suspended from the ceiling measuring approximately 12×6 m was carried out to suspend the garlands.
AMP Lighting was also the supplier of the primary lighting lamps for the facility. Delivery was made in 2021, based on products from OMS.
High-bay warehouse in Tomice
Increasingly difficult access to plots of land and rising maintenance costs of ordinary warehouses are causing some Investors to opt for the construction of high-storage warehouses. One of these was BIZON INT Sp. z o.o., which commissioned AMP Partners to act as Project Manager and Supervising Inspector for the expansion of its facility in Tomice.
The aforementioned Project will involve the construction of a new warehouse and production hall and the expansion of the existing hall and warehouse buildings. The newly designed building is partly two-storey, with a height of over 20m, and its cubic capacity is as high as 135,625.34m3. It is worth mentioning that in the warehouse section, the projected racks will be used as part of the building’s load-bearing structure.
Work is currently being carried out at the Project on the floor and cladding of the high-bay warehouse, as well as the reinforced concrete work for the connector between the hall and the existing plant.
Courier Delivery Centre in Podrzecze
From 10.08.2022. Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ELMA performs the function of Investor’s Supervision on the Investment of DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o.o. entitled: “Construction of a Courier Delivery Centre in Podrzecze, Podegrodzie Municipality”.
The newly constructed building will consist of:
- a logistics hall
- an office and staff area
- a storage shed for waste, pallets and handling equipment
Yesterday, the foundation stone laying ceremony organised by the General Contractor, BIN Biuro Inżynierskie sp. z o.o., took place.

Further cooperation between AMP Special Group and Lewiatan
AMP Special Group can boast of yet another collaboration with Lewiatan Kielce Sp. z o.o. During the last few years AMP Partners on the investments in Radom, Zagnańsk Piekoszów and Kielce performed, among others, the function of Supervision Inspector.
Currently PW ELMA manages the construction and carries out Investor’s Supervision on the construction of a service and commercial building at Szajnowicza – Iwanowa/ Raciborskiego Street in Kielce.
The usable area of the facility will be 2,536.01m2 and the volume will be 12,414.08m3.
The designed building will have an underground garage that will accommodate 42 parking spaces. A lift adapted to the needs of people with disabilities will be installed to facilitate their movement.

Sagittarius Park winner of the first prize in the XXXII edition of the “Construction of the Year 2021” competition
The revitalisation of Nowy Sącz’s Strzelecki Park, on which PW ELMA provided comprehensive Investor Supervision and Investment Services, won the first degree award in this year’s – XXXII- edition of the ‘Construction of the Year 2021’ Competition. The competition is organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians in cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Technology and the General Office of Building Control. This is a great honour for us, as this competition has become one of the most prestigious reviews of the achievements of the Polish construction industry.

Construction of a housing estate on Kolejowa Street in Wrocław
We would like to invite you to learn more about the investment in Wrocław, on which AMP Partners is acting as Substitute Investor.
The development we are talking about is located at Kolejowa Street and Straight Street. There were 28 buildings on the site, which were demolished. The Development will replace them with 8 multi-family residential buildings with 469 flats and as many as 500 parking spaces. The development is being carried out within the framework of the Housing for Development Fund, managed by PFR Nieruchomości S.A.. The development will have facilities such as a kindergarten, 2 playgrounds, 2 electric car chargers and over 500 bicycle spaces.
It is worth mentioning that due to the location of the investment in the former downtown district of Wrocław, the entire project is under the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. As part of the conservation work, the historic wall will be realised. Initially, it was assumed that the wall would be fully preserved and incorporated into the façade of one of the buildings. Unfortunately, after carrying out the necessary analyses, it turned out to have too much vertical deviation. Consultations with the City Conservator of Monuments are currently underway regarding the details of the demolition and restoration of the historic wall.
In addition, apart from the reinforcement and concrete work, partition walls are being erected on the Project and installation work is being carried out, e.g. on the rainwater drainage system, the sanitary sewer system, the earthing system ⚡️ and the SAP system.
AMP Construct – Tenecco Automotiv
Six months ago, AMP Construct proved itself as the masonry contractor for the Test Hall where, over a period of 2 months, it completed a contract involving the erection of approximately 2,300 m2 of walls using Silca blocks. The work was completed within the agreed deadline.
AMP Construct recently signed another contract to carry out finishing work in the newly constructed office building next to the test hall at the Tenecco Automotiv site in Gliwice.

Opening of the STOP SHOP retail park!

STOP SHOP Zielona Góra,
is a retail park where 6 shops are currently open: TEDI, Martes Sport, Max Your Style, Sinsay, Kakadu, Carry.
Two more units will be leased in the near future.
The opening of the park took place on 15 September. On the opening day, there were plenty of promotions for customers, and for children ? there were attractions such as inflatables, candyfloss and popcorn stands ?. In addition, children could use the pirate ship-like playground located on the premises.
Construction work is currently underway to rectify defects and faults.
