Courier Delivery Centre in Podrzecze
From 10.08.2022. Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ELMA performs the function of Investor’s Supervision on the Investment of DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o.o. entitled: “Construction of a Courier Delivery Centre in Podrzecze, Podegrodzie Municipality”.
The newly constructed building will consist of:
- a logistics hall
- an office and staff area
- a storage shed for waste, pallets and handling equipment
Yesterday, the foundation stone laying ceremony organised by the General Contractor, BIN Biuro Inżynierskie sp. z o.o., took place.

Further cooperation between AMP Special Group and Lewiatan
AMP Special Group can boast of yet another collaboration with Lewiatan Kielce Sp. z o.o. During the last few years AMP Partners on the investments in Radom, Zagnańsk Piekoszów and Kielce performed, among others, the function of Supervision Inspector.
Currently PW ELMA manages the construction and carries out Investor’s Supervision on the construction of a service and commercial building at Szajnowicza – Iwanowa/ Raciborskiego Street in Kielce.
The usable area of the facility will be 2,536.01m2 and the volume will be 12,414.08m3.
The designed building will have an underground garage that will accommodate 42 parking spaces. A lift adapted to the needs of people with disabilities will be installed to facilitate their movement.

Sagittarius Park winner of the first prize in the XXXII edition of the “Construction of the Year 2021” competition
The revitalisation of Nowy Sącz’s Strzelecki Park, on which PW ELMA provided comprehensive Investor Supervision and Investment Services, won the first degree award in this year’s – XXXII- edition of the ‘Construction of the Year 2021’ Competition. The competition is organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians in cooperation with the Ministry of Development and Technology and the General Office of Building Control. This is a great honour for us, as this competition has become one of the most prestigious reviews of the achievements of the Polish construction industry.
