Budowa Akademika WSB-NLU ruszyła! ⏳
Miło nam poinformować, że dnia 01.02.2023r. władze sądeckiej uczelni podpisały w auli WSB-NLU umowę z Generalnym Wykonawcą FBR Tadeusz Pióro, na realizację zadania pn. BUDOWA AKADEMIKA Z CZĘŚCIĄ DYDAKTYCZNĄ I REKREACYJNĄ ? przy ul. Zielonej w Nowym Sączu. Jak już wcześniej informowaliśmy, PW ELMA pełni funkcję Inwestora Zastępczego ?♂️ na tej prestiżowej inwestycji. Z dniem 01.02.2023r. został Wykonawcy przekazy plac budowy i z tymże dniem oficjalnie rozpoczyna się budowa. Pełni entuzjazmu, nie możemy się już doczekać efektów końcowych.
Współpraca AMP z BIOMED Lublin
Chcemy się wam czymś pochwalić!
AMP Partners jakiś czas temu podjęło kolejną współprace z BIOMED Lublin. Inwestor ten należy do czołowych producentów w branży farmaceutycznej i jest jednym z nielicznych w Europie wytwórców produktów leczniczych BCG.
W 2021 r. AMP Partners zaczęło pracę przy zarządzaniu budową budynku Centrum Badawczo – Rozwojowego, a w tym roku została nam powierzona kolejna Inwestycja! Na budowie zakładu produkcyjnego OKNO BCG – kolejnej Inwestycji BIOMED Lublin – pełnimy funkcję Zarządzającego Budową oraz Wielobranżowego Nadzoru Inwestorskiego.
Budynek ONKO BCG będzie dwukondygnacyjnym budynkiem o powierzchni całkowitej 3250m2. W zakładzie zostaną zastosowane takie systemy jak BMS, EMS czy CMAS, które będą nadzorować utrzymywanie warunków pracy w pomieszczeniach przeznaczonych do badań.
PW ELMA’s successful bid!
Last week the tender for the renovation of the MOSiR Ice Arena in Krynica-Zdrój for Investor’s Supervision was settled. We are pleased to announce that PW ELMA has been selected to perform this function.
The Ice Arena is a facility with a full-size – 30 x 60m – ice rink with stands able to accommodate more than 2,500 people, where several competitions of the Third European Games will be held in 2023.
A comprehensive refurbishment has already begun, and the renovation work will include upgrades such as:
- ventilation system,
- replacement of the roof lining
- installation of a DSO system,
- reinforcement of the hall structure,
- renovation of the boiler room,
- installation of photovoltaic panels,
- refurbishment of changing rooms.
Further cooperation between AMP Special Group and Lewiatan
AMP Special Group can boast of yet another collaboration with Lewiatan Kielce Sp. z o.o. During the last few years AMP Partners on the investments in Radom, Zagnańsk Piekoszów and Kielce performed, among others, the function of Supervision Inspector.
Currently PW ELMA manages the construction and carries out Investor’s Supervision on the construction of a service and commercial building at Szajnowicza – Iwanowa/ Raciborskiego Street in Kielce.
The usable area of the facility will be 2,536.01m2 and the volume will be 12,414.08m3.
The designed building will have an underground garage that will accommodate 42 parking spaces. A lift adapted to the needs of people with disabilities will be installed to facilitate their movement.

Sanatorium Leśnik – Drzewiarz in Krynica Zdrój
We are pleased to announce that on 19.08.2022 the final acceptance of the apartment building, located on the premises of the Leśnik- Drzewiarz Sanatorium in Krynica- Zdrój, Podgórna Street, was carried out. PW ELMA employees managed the construction of the facility and acted as the Investor’s Supervision Inspector.
