BANK SUPERVISION
The Bank Supervisor service is addressed to clients who implement construction investments with the participation of a loan granted by a financing institution.
As part of the service, we offer:
- preliminary analysis of the formal and legal status of the investment,
- verification of the budget,
- verification of signed contracts for construction works,
- analysis of implementation and material-financial schedules,
- Substantive control of financial documents provided by Contractors,
- control of the implementation of investments in terms of technical correctness, compliance with schedules, financial continuity and regulation of obligations,
- analysis of the final state of the investment in terms of compliance with the project assumptions, formal and legal status, financial settlement with suppliers and contractors.
